Surtr and Sinmara are both figures from Norse mythology.
Surtr is a giant or jötunn who is associated with fire and destruction. He carries a flaming sword and is said to dwell in the fiery realm of Muspelheim. According to prophecy, he will lead his army of fire giants into battle against the gods during Ragnarok, the end of the world. He will ultimately slay the god Freyr and engulf the world in flames. Despite his role as a destructive force, Surtr is sometimes depicted as a wise and powerful being.
Sinmara, on the other hand, is a goddess in the form of a giant and is often associated with dark magic or witchcraft. She is said to dwell in a fortress within the mountains and is known for possessing the legendary mead of poetry. In some sources, she is associated with the underworld and may be viewed more as a demonic figure. She is also sometimes associated with the goddess Hel, who rules over the dead in Norse mythology.
